THE FITNESS FORTE PHILOSOPHY

At Fitness Forte we have developed a philosophy over the years, “Come as strangers, leave as friends”.

We feel it’s important to create an atmosphere which is not only comfortable for everybody to exercise in, but also relaxed and friendly enough to allow the type of interaction which is second to none. The very first thing you will notice upon entering the studio is the friendliness. So much so, you will find it hard not to make friends.

You will learn how to exercise in a safe manner and in a way which will help you achieve the maximum results possible. We cater for people of all ages and all levels of ability, so do not fear that you are too old or too unfit.

You will also learn everything there is to know about nutrition. All the do’s and don’ts which may have been hindering your progress over the years. We will give you all the skills needed to help you on your journey and guide you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals.

THE SWORDS TEAM

Keith O Neill is the Founder and Owner of Fitness Forte. He has been in the health and fitness industry since 2010. Having always been very sporty growing up and competing in athletics at a high level, Keith was always destined to work in health and fitness and help so many people change their lives.
Keith qualified as a personal trainer in 2010 through the National Training Centre in Dublin and opened Fitness Forte Semi-Private studio in 2012. Since opening Keith has helped hundreds of people over the years regain confidence, self esteem, lose inches and lbs and transform their lives..

Eoin O’ Malley is our Head Trainer at Fitness Forte Swords and also a sports massage therapist. Eoin is qualified through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) for PT and ITEC for sports massage. He is currently studying with Precision Nutrition to get his Level 1 PN cert
“I love to bring my knowledge of the human anatomy and how it works into my sessions. Fitness and exercise for me is fun, enjoyable and focused.”

Beth Johnson studied Personal Training and Health Studies in the National Training Centre in Dublin. Beth also has a Pn1 with Precision Nutrition which she has used to successfully help clients get the results they were looking for.
“My focus as a trainer is helping people to grow in confidence both in and outside of the gym, to feel happier in their skin and most importantly show them that eating and training can and should be an enjoyable process, which to date has been a great success! I also have a passion for human movement, mobility, and functional training for every day life.”

Anita Larkin has been working in fitness for 3 years and has built up a lot of knowledge in this time working with a range of people and abilities. Anita is an ITEC qualified Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor, and a qualified IABA Boxing Coach and Pilates Instructor.
“I want to help and encourage people live a healthier happier life and to push them past comfort levels to achieve their goals. I believe training helps focus the mind and improves mental health. Together we can make positive changes towards a healthy lifestyle.”

Karen Murphy became a Personal Trainer in 2016, when she qualified from the NTC with a EQF Level 4 qualification. Karen is also a qualified Kettlebell, Spin and Step Aerobics Instructor. She loves working with people and seeing their progress as they become stronger and their outlook becomes more positive.
“It was through my own weight loss journey that spurred my love of fitness. I noticed working out had given me more energy and helped with my head space. After every workout I would feel incredible and ready to tackle the day ahead. This is why I ventured into the fitness industry and love to help others achieve this same feeling.”

THE LUCAN TEAM

Emma O’Neill is the owner of Fitness Forte Lucan. In 2001 Emma completed a two year course in Sport & Leisure management in Colaiste Ide. She has always had a keen interest in a wide range of sports and Gaelic football was her passion for 18 years. In 2013 she returned to the Fitness industry as she felt this is what was her “calling”. Emma loves helping others achieve their potential in exercise & fitness and specializes in rapid fat loss and improved fitness in men and women of all ages but she especially likes working with post pregnancy women regain their shape and their confidence.

Eleanor Doherty Eleanor has been working in the fitness industry for 2 years after completing her Group Fitness/Gym Instructor & Personal Training Course with Academy one. She has recently completed a certification in Strength and conditioning, continuing her educational journey through health and fitness.
“My goal is to improve our clients’ health, fitness and above all, their confidence through encouragement, guidance and support.”
As a group fitness instructor Eleanor is qualified to take a group of clients in a fitness studio based class such as Aerobics, Circuit Training, Body Conditioning, Spinning and on a one-to one basis.

Nora Kovacs is a NCEF qualified fitness instructor, pilates instructor and personal trainer. Fitness is her passion for over 20 years. She enjoys helping people change their lives through fitness, specializing in strength, fat loss for ageing women, core strength and posture.
